Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Provide financial protection to employee dependents.

Short-term disability (STD)

Covers temporary disabilities to provide a percentage (50%-70%) of income. Typically lasts from 3 to 6 months.

Long-term disability (LTD)

Covers longer-term disabilities to provide a percentage (50%-70%) of income. The benefit duration depends on the policy – last for years or until retirement.

Critical Illness

Provide a lump sum payment for covered illnesses like heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc. This helps to cover the medical expenses, lost income, and other costs.

Hospital Indemnity

Provide a lump sum payment for hospitalization due to illness or injury. This helps to cover the out-of-pocket costs, deductible, and copayments/coinsurance.

GAP Plans

To cover expenses not covered by the health insurance plan, such as deductible, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-network services. The plan may exclude pre-existing conditions.

Bridge Plans

Designed for individuals transitioning between health insurance plans, such as those waiting for Medicare eligibility. The plan typically has a limited duration, up to a year. The plan often excludes pre-existing conditions.
